Thank you for viewing my profile. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in practice on the San Francisco Bay Area peninsula. I have been working with clients on a myriad of issues since 1990. I earned my Masters of Science degree from San Francisco State University in Counseling Psychology and hold a California MFT License (Number 30211). I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. In addition, I have years of experience providing group trainings as well as supervision, and am available for consultation and corporate trainings.
I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist, constantly focusing on building on the positive attributes of my clients. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients navigate their way through personal life challenges that may impede their successes in their lives. I look at the whole person, working directly from the skills and assets that the client inherently imbues. Working collaborative with the client, my focus is to assist them to break through their own blocks which may get in their path of optimal functioning.
